Inspired by the nine-year-old daughter of a family friend, I have committed to raising $2,000.00 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society this spring, as I train for an Olympic distance triathlon (my first of that distance!) with Team in Training. I look forward to this journey!

Participated in the Peachtree Road Race on July 4th. This is my first 10k race and had a lot of fun. My chip time was 58 minutes. Not bad...
Janet, you are a ROCK STAR!!!!! That is an amazing time for a 10K ... you're way under 10-minute miles. 6.2 miles is a long way to go. I'm proud of you!!!
